This is why they take on clients who more than likely cannot afford the loan that they are taking out and the private investigator can foresee that they will soon own the land and homes of the borrowers. These loans are for the people who can go nowhere else, some do in fact have the ability to pay off these loans and the private investor still receives a great deal back with the incredible interest rates that are charged. Hard money lending is a business that many investors are getting into today.
